Welcome to 'Ben's Place' - a new & spacious two bedroom holiday apartment, situated in a prime, sunny district of Torquay; with picturesque views of the English Riveria and very close to Torquay harbour & marina, Torre Abbey Sands & Livermead Beach.
The photo gallery very nearly says it all ! Approached through an individual entrance, the contemporary living area is decorated & furnished to a very high standard. A large, quirky, free standing hammock occupies the area in front of the large, floor to ceiling lounge windows, from where you can enjoy in the big bay views in style & comfort! Relax & sink into the comfy 3 seater black leather sofa and armchair in front of a really comprehensive entertainment system which includes TV with Sky Satellite channels, XBox/DVD player, Music Stereo, Video player plus a very large selection of films & personal CD library.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with table & chairs for 4, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with hob & hood, kettle & toaster.
Leading off the living area is the second bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom. Up the wooden stairs from the entrance, is a large loft bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and large picture windows, which also take in the great views.
The garden is ideal for 'al fresco' dining with family, friends or with a loved one, relaxing in the luxury hot-tub with a glass of bubbly, a tasty BBQ and the beautiful views.
All linen is included (except beach towels) and the owners are also able to provide a cot and high-chair on request. |

Torquay is an ideal base from which to visit Dartmouth , Totnes, Exeter and Plymouth , all of which are only a few miles distant.

PROVIDED - We provide the following: Kitchen: Two tea towels, 1 kitchen towel roll, washing up liquid, J-cloth, scouring pad, tea bags, cleaning products, iron & ironing board. Bathroom: Bath towels, hand towels, bath mat and a toilet roll. Bedroom: Hairdryer
MAKING A BOOKING - After confirming availability with us over the phone or by email, we will send on a PDF Booking Form which you can download, print & return, either by scanning to email or sending by post. To be able to download a PDF document, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed - get.adobe.com/uk/reader
Please fill out the booking form and post or email back with your preferred method of payment together with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before arrival. |
