The dining room is an ideal setting for a family meal, seating up to 8. The small study can also be used as a second reception room.
The fusion stair rail leads upstairs to the master bedroom which features sea views and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Second bedroom also has and en-suite shower room WC and basin. The two remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a power shower & corner toilet etc.
The house was designed as a family home with level lawned garden surrounding the house on two sides, is it entirely enclosed via a fence. There is an outside tap and external lighting on demand. The patio area runs the length of the house and is ideal for entertaining alfresco, large gas BBQ provided.
