The M5 at Exeter leads straight onto the A38. From the A38 take the A380 following the signs into Torquay and Seafront. At the seafront, turn left onto A379, following signs for Babbacombe and Harbour, with the sea on your right hand side, drive under the foot bridge at Abbey Sands, past The Princess Theatre on your right & when you reach the inner harbour, turn left at the Clock Tower roundabout (sign-posted Babbacombe). Carry on up the hill and turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto Parkhill Road, this leads almost immediately into Meadfoot Road and then Meadfoot Sea Road leading to Meadfoot Beach. After driving to the top of the hill and down again - about 1/2 a mile or so, the road widens and you will see the large, black gates toHesketh Crescent & The Osborne Hotel infront of you - Parking for The Balcony Apartment: Please drive through the gates of The Osborne Hotel, and park your car in the very first space, marked ’Private’ on the left hand side. You may park your car at the front of the crescent for loading and unloading only. Parking for 11 Beach Mews: The parking is located at the back of the property; the entrance to the courtyard parking is via driveway off Meadfoot Sea Road. This driveway is on the left opposite "The Meadfoot Bay Hotel" and on the corner of the terraced town houses with blue balconies. Your car parking space is on the right hand side of the courtyard area and is painted with a No. 11 on the pavement edge. You will find the entrance to the rear courtyard of the property behind your car and to the right. There is a wooden sign "Beach Mews" attatched to the gate. Parking for Hesketh Dell: Please drive through the gates of The Osborne Hotel, continue to the far end. At the turning circle you will see the gates to the Dell on your left.
