No, Hesketh Crescent is a Grade II listed building. In House 4 there are two flights of stairs to "The Balcony" apartment which is on the first floor.

Yes - "The Balcony Apartment" is one of only fifteen other balconies in the whole of Hesketh Crescent. Three floor to ceiling windows windows show unparalled views across the bay and allow our visitors to sit out and soak up the sun even on a winters day!

Q. Are children welcome?
Yes - all ages are welcome. We provide rigid cots and highchairs where necessary, free of charge.

Q. Are dogs welcome?
Yes and No. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted in the grounds of Hesketh Crescent. We may consider well behaved dogs, by prior arrangement at Beach Mews. Please phone in advance..

Q. Can I smoke in the apartments?
No. The Balcony, Hesketh Dell and Beach Mews are all Non-Smoking

Yes - The Balcony & Beach Mews have a Playstation 2 or similar and a selection of recent games for your enjoyment.

Q. Where can I park my car?
The Balcony and Beach Mews has its very own secure parking space at the back of the building(s). Beach mews has The Balcony which has front parking.

Yes - The Balcony & Beach Mews have CD/clock radios in the master bedrooms.

Q. Is there a leisure complex that I can use?
Yes, the indoor facilities at The Osborne Hotel are available to our customers for £25.00 per apartment, per week. The facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Please note: all children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool and only individuals of 18 years old and above can use the gym.

Q. How far is Hesketh Crescent from Torquay town centre?
It will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to walk to the harbour & town centre and 2 minutes to drive.

Q. How far is Torquay train station from Hesketh Crescent?
It will take approximately 10 minutes by taxi.

Q. Is there a grocery delivery service?
Yes, in conjuction with Wellswood Village Pantry, we offer a grocery delivery service. Please ask for a form to select the foods you require and they can be delivered to the apartment for your arrival.

Q. Are linen/towels & utilities included in the tariff?
Yes, all linen, bath towels and utility costs are included. Beach towels are not provided.

Yes, all the holiday properties are equipped with microwaves.
