A. It will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to walk to the harbour & town centre and 2 minutes to drive from the Corbyn Lodge Apartments, Beach Mews & Hesketh Dell. From Kilmorie Studio, it would take around 25mins to walk to the harbour and 5 minutes to drive. The local shops at Wellswood are closer, approx. 1km away

A. The train station is only 500m from The Corbyn Lodge Apartments. From Hesketh Dell, Beach Mews & Kilmorie Studio, it will take approximately 10 minutes by taxi.
Q. Are there lifts/elevators at the Corbyn Lodge Apartments, Hesketh Dell, Beach Mews or Kilmorie Studio?
A. No, but Kilmorie Studio is an especially designed ground floor apartment for the disabled, impaired, the elderly & wheelchair users?
Q. Are there any ground floor apartments?
A. Yes, Kilmorie Studio & Corbyn Lodge Apt. 3 which both have French windows leading out onto a private terraces & gardens.
Q. Are children welcome?
A. Yes, all ages are welcome in Beach Mews, Hesketh Dell & Corbyn Lodge Apartments. Beach Mews & Hesketh Dell provide cots free of charge. Corbyn Lodge Apartments charge a weekly rental - please see property page underneath the tariffs.
Q. Are dogs welcome?
A. Yes & No. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted in the grounds of Hesketh Crescent. We may consider well behaved dogs, but by prior arrangement at Beach Mews only. Please phone in advance.
Q. Can I smoke in the apartments?
A. No. Corbyn Lodge Apartments, Hesketh Dell or Beach Mews & Kilmorie Studio are all Non-Smoking.
Q. Are there direct dial telephones in the holiday properties?
A. Yes, Hesketh Dell, Beach Mews & Kilmorie Studio all have direct dial telephones.
Q. Do the properties have TV's & DVD players?
A. Yes, all the properties have multiple TV's & DVD players in each property. At the Corbyn Lodge Apartments, each master bedroom has a Flat Screen TV and the main lounges are complimented by large Sony Flat Screen TV's & DVD players.
Q. Do the properties provide any other in-house entertainment?
A. Yes - Beach Mews has a PlayStation 2 and a selection of games for your enjoyment.

A. Beach Mews has its very own secure parking space at the back of the building(s). Beach mews has The Balcony which has front parking.

A. Yes - Beach Mews has CD/clock radios in the master bedroom.
Q. Is there a Health Club or Leisure Complex that I can use?
A. Yes, the Corbyn Lodge Apartments offer 2 complimentary passes for the Health Club at the Grand Hotel (only 25m away), where you can enjoy an indoor or outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym & tennis.
There are indoor Health Club facilities at The Osborne Hotel which are also available for guests for £25.00 for up to 4 people (each extra person is £5), per week when staying at Hesketh Dell or Beach Mews . The facilities include an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and tennis court (£5 per hour). Please note: all children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool and only individuals of 18 years old and above can use the gym.

A. Yes, all linen, bath towels and utility costs are included. Beach towels are not provided.
